I used to always be on n...I love this post so much! I used to always be on never-ending diet cycles. It's even why I started running. But once I started running, I got competitive, so I started eating just to improve my performance and all of a sudden everything else feel into place. Knowing that what we eat either helps or harms has made a big difference. Eating clean also does help ease the guilt of not eating clean every once in a while, since like you said, it's only a percentage of the time. This girl here needs her wine...antioxidants yes! I do still find that I keep trying to cut carbs to "lighten up" a bit but when I do, I seem to feel weaker. I guess I still need to up my veggie and fruit intake because I have a huge appetite! I do have a weakness for pizza, but I try not to eat it all the time because it's not doing much for me!
