Sat I ...I would do a 5-6 miles on Tues & Thurs. Sat I would do 5-7. And Sunday was my long run day. 8-10,11, 12...it depended on the day. Closer it got to the race I would make that long run as close to 13 as I could. I made it 13 2 weeks before my first half but saved that "13.1" for the actual half. As long as you stick to it you will be fine. It's worth it!
